Energy healing has always been the modality I have turned to personally to support myself. First, in my younger years and then as a mother for my children.

Even with my initial limited understanding, I could never deny the benefits experienced after a session. When time finally permitted in my busy lifestyle,

I set about studying this ancient modality of pranic healing - a journey that unlocked a remembrance within me.

From here I was lucky enough to be offered a mentorship with my teacher, 

Paul Wood, within his busy Sunshine Coast clinic. It was there I gained priceless knowledge and hands-on experience that has lead me to work with the powerful prana energy and successfully along side Paul. I have since gone on to open my own home based clinic, where I have been able to broaden my clientele.

Having now the opportunity to expand what I have to offer, I have been able to assist people with not only their energetic systems and health complaints, but to also have the honour of supporting and working on individual fitness goals too. Putting to good use my qualifications as a Pilates instructor, as well as my love for martial arts and movement, I am able to tailor one-on-one sessions to accommodate an individual's health needs.

 

I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity at this point in my life to fulfil what has always been important to me - supporting people to become a healthier, happier version of themselves on all levels - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. By sharing the tools I have turned to throughout my experience, my formal training, and my desire to connect with and honour others, I am able to do this,
